Frijns Steel Construction Middle East has secured a major aviation-related contract valued at more than QAR 140 mln (USD 38.5 mln), its parent company Aamal Company said.
Under the contract, Frijns will handle the supply, fabrication, painting, delivery, and installation of structural steel works, reinforcing its position as a leading provider of large-scale, high-performance structural steel solutions in Qatar.
Established in 2009, Frijns Steel Construction Middle East serves the petrochemical and process industries, offering engineering, fabrication, anticorrosion, construction, and assembly services, with an annual capacity of 24,000 tons. Aamal holds a 40pct stake in the joint venture, with the remaining 60pct owned by the Netherlands-based Frijns Industrial Group.
