Arabian Pipes Company (APC) announced it has secured a new pipe supply contract from Denys Arabia, according to a stock exchange filing.
The contract, valued at SAR 293 mln (USD 78 mln), involves APC supplying pipes from its manufacturing facilities for Denys Arabia’s Jafyurah Pipelines Phase II project.
The contract will span 10 months, with APC expecting the financial impact to be reflected from the fourth quarter of 2024 to the second quarter of 2025.
APC, a manufacturer specializing in ERW pipes and LSAW pipes, boasts an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons and 300,000 tons for ERW and LSAW pipes, respectively. The ERW pipes come in sizes ranging from 6 to 20 inches, while LSAW pipes are available in sizes from 16 to 48 inches. The company operates two factories located in Riyadh and Jubail.
