International real estate developer DarGlobal has appointed China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group Co. Ltd as the main contractor for the construction of its residential project DG1 in Business Bay, Dubai.
The USD 55 mln contract involves building a 20-storey tower with 221 units. This appointment follows the shoring, excavation, and piling contract awarded to Stromek Emirates Foundations in November of last year. According to DarGlobal, the DG1 project is expected to be completed in 2026.
