Saudi Arabia’s Knowledge Economic City (KEC) has awarded a USD 62 mln contract to Alfaneyah Electromechanical Company for the Hilton Hotel Tower and Branded Residences Tower within the KEC Hub project.
Located in the northern part of Knowledge City on King Abdulaziz Road, the KEC Hub project will feature a 384-room Hilton Hotel and 66 luxury branded residences. The contract includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works, adhering to top technical specifications.
The project is set to be completed within 18 months from the construction permit date.
