YC Inox TR Celik, the Turkish subsidiary of Taiwanese steelmaker YC Inox, has started production at its new stainless steel pipe plant in Dilovasi, Kocaeli, according to a local media report.
The plant has an initial annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, with plans to exceed 30,000 tons in the coming years.
The company plans to establish three facilities dedicated to producing stainless steel pipes, profiles, sheets, plates, coils, flat bars, and angles.
By expanding its operations in Turkey, YC Inox aims to position the country as a strategic manufacturing and distribution hub for markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
