Saudi Arabia’s East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has signed multiple contracts to establish a new production line for Helical Submerged Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes at its factory in Dammam 2nd Industrial City, the company announced in a stock exchange filing.
The project, valued at approximately SAR 48 mln (USD 12.7 mln), will be financed through the company’s available cash, bank facilities, and other financing programs.
East Pipes has partnered with several companies and consultants to supply machinery and equipment for the new line, which will expand its production capacity by 100,000 tons, bringing the total to 500,000 tons.
The project is set to begin this month, with trial production expected in Q4 2025/26.
