Real estate developer AMIS has awarded the main construction contract for its USD 115 mln Woodland Residences project to Dar Al Aayan Contracting. The Woodland Residences will feature a complex of 30 five-bedroom villas.
Located in District 11 of Meydan, Dubai, the project is set for handover in April 2026.
