APC signs pipe supply contracts with Aramco

Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) has signed two contracts worth a combined SAR 241 mln (USD 64 mln) to manufacture and supply steel pipes to Saudi Aramco, according to a stock exchange filing.

The first contract, valued at SAR 147 mln (USD 39 mln), has a duration of 11 months, with its financial impact expected to be reflected in the company’s results from Q4 2026 to Q1 2027.

The second contract, worth SAR 94 mln (USD 25 mln), has a duration of nine months, with its financial impact expected to be recorded in Q3 to Q4 2026.

APC, a manufacturer specializing in ERW pipes and LSAW pipes, boasts an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons and 300,000 tons for ERW and LSAW pipes, respectively. The ERW pipes come in sizes ranging from 6 to 20 inches, while LSAW pipes are available in sizes from 16 to 48 inches. The company operates two factories located in Riyadh and Jubail.
