Arabian Pipes reports 37pct drop in Q3 profit on lower sales volumes

Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) reported a 36.7pct YoY decline in net profit for the third quarter of 2025, citing weaker sales volumes, according to a stock exchange filing.

Net profit fell to SAR 27.77 mln (USD 7.4 mln) from SAR 43.89 mln in the same period last year and was also down 19pct from the previous quarter.

Quarterly revenue dropped 27.6pct YoY to SAR 233.29 mln (USD 62.2 mln).

For the first nine months of 2025, APC recorded a net profit of SAR 102.37 mln (USD 27.2 mln), down 34pct from a year earlier, while revenue fell nearly 25pct to SAR 736.6 mln (USD 196 mln).

APC, a manufacturer specializing in ERW pipes and LSAW pipes, boasts an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons and 300,000 tons for ERW and LSAW pipes, respectively. The ERW pipes come in sizes ranging from 6 to 20 inches, while LSAW pipes are available in sizes from 16 to 48 inches. The company operates two factories located in Riyadh and Jubail.
