Turkey’s Borusan Pipe has announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Borusan Berg Pipe, has secured a USD 686 mln sales agreement to supply large-diameter pipes in the United States, according to a stock exchange filing.
Shipments under the agreement are scheduled for 2026 and 2027, with the orders expected to contribute approximately USD 230 mln to consolidated revenues in 2026 and USD 456 mln in 2027. These projections may vary depending on project progress and normal commercial fluctuations.
Borusan Berg Pipe operates two plants in the U.S.: a 330,000 tons per year longitudinal welded pipe mill in Panama City, Florida, and a 220,000 tons per year spiral welded pipe facility in Mobile, Alabama.
Founded in 1958, Borusan Pipe is one of Turkey’s leading steel pipe producers. Its domestic operations have a combined capacity of 750,000 tons per year for longitudinal welded pipes and 300,000 tons per year for spiral welded pipes, while its Vobarno plant in Italy produces 29,000 tons per year of cold-drawn special pipes.
