Dar Global, the London-listed real estate developer, has awarded Edrafor Emirates LLC the enabling works contract for the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.
The company said the appointment marks a major milestone in progressing the landmark project, located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai.
Under the contract, Edrafor Emirates will carry out site preparation and foundational works, including ground engineering, deep enabling systems, and logistical mobilization, paving the way for full-scale construction to begin.
