UAE’s EMSTEEL Group has launched the region’s first advanced steel crane simulator, aimed at improving operational safety, workforce training, and the use of digital technologies in industrial operations.
The simulator offers a controlled, data-driven training environment designed to strengthen crane operators’ technical skills, hazard awareness, and real-time decision-making without disrupting live operations.
The initiative forms part of EMSTEEL’s broader efforts to enhance workforce capabilities, improve operational readiness, and support long-term efficiency across its production facilities.
Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, EMSTEEL has a production capacity of 3.5 mln tons of steel and 4.6 mln tons of cement annually. The group exports to over 70 markets, accounting for 30pct of its sales. The company offers a diverse range of steel products, including wire rod, rebar, heavy sections, and sheet piles.
