UAE’s Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (ESAG) has acquired BRC Arabia from The Kanoo Group, enhancing its reinforced steel manufacturing capabilities and expanding its regional supply chain footprint, the company said in a statement.
The acquisition strengthens ESAG’s industrial portfolio and aligns with its strategy to support a robust, sustainable manufacturing base in the UAE.
Founded in 1996, BRC Arabia operates a facility in Dubai Industrial Park and specializes in cut-and-bent rebars and welded wire mesh for the construction sector. ESAG, established in 1960, is a diversified UAE conglomerate active across retail, building materials, industrial solutions, and real estate.
