Hassan Allam Holding and Tilal Real Estate have signed a strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) to develop their first mixed-use project in Riyadh’s Khozam District.
The project will be executed by Hassan Allam Holding’s development arm, Grova Development, with Tilal Real Estate, one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate firms, serving as the primary local partner.
Spanning more than 228,000 m2 and valued at over USD 880 mln, the development supports the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Housing Program, which aims to raise homeownership to 70pct through public-private partnerships led by NHC.
