Knowledge Economic City has issued a letter of award to ElKhereiji Commerce & Contracting Company for the construction of four additional residential towers under the first phase of the Al-Alya mixed-use project.
The contract is valued at SAR 282 mln (USD 75.2 mln), excluding VAT, and will bring the total number of residential units under construction to 1,420 apartments.
Al-Alya is a flagship development spanning about 270,000 sq m, planned as an integrated mini-city combining residential, business, hospitality, retail and leisure components.
