The Luxe Developers, a UAE-based real estate development firm, has appointed China State Construction Engineering Corporation as the main contractor for the company’s USD 408 mln Oceano development located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Due for completion in 2026, Oceano comprises 206 units over 18 storeys and includes apartments, six penthouses, and the two sky villas.
