Meraas has awarded a USD 120 mln contract to GCC Contracting for the development of the City Walk Northline project, marking the latest phase in the expansion of the City Walk district in Dubai.
The contract covers the construction of three residential buildings, scheduled for completion in Q3 2027. GCC Contracting will develop City Walk Northline 1, an eight-storey building comprising 114 one- to three-bedroom units, as well as City Walk Northline 2, which consists of two eight-storey residential buildings offering a combined 190 units across similar layouts.
