Mered has appointed NSCC International as the enabling works contractor for Riviera Residences, its waterfront development on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
Riviera Residences will feature more than 400 apartments and 12 villas, including sky villas, ocean villas, and a penthouse, offering waterfront access and resort-style amenities.
NSCC International will handle the enabling works phase, including all piling and shoring activities, the developer said. The enabling works are already underway, with main construction to follow, it added.
