Saudi Arabian real estate developer, Midad Real Estate has signed a strategic investment and development agreement with Diriyah Company to co-develop the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah on a 235,938-sq-metre site in Diriyah.
The project represents an investment of around USD 827 mln, covering land and construction. Midad Real Estate will lead development of the scheme, which will include a 159-room luxury hotel alongside branded private residences.
