UAE-based developer Modon has awarded the main construction contract for two residential developments, Nawayef East and Nawayef West, on Hudayriyat Island, with a combined value of AED 5 bln (USD 1.36 bln). The company said this is the largest residential construction contract awarded in Abu Dhabi in 2025.
The contract covers the construction of 735 luxury villas. Modon had earlier awarded the infrastructure works for both developments.
