UAE-based developer Palma Development has awarded a USD 207 mln construction contract to Khansaheb Civil Engineering for the delivery of West Residence, a 46-storey tower forming Phase 1 of the Serenia District at Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, the company said.
West Residence is the first of six integrated towers planned under the Serenia District masterplan. The tower will comprise 411 residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with two penthouses.
