Turkey exported 768,400 tons of wire rod in the first ten months of 2025, a slight increase of 0.3pct YoY, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Romania was the top destination with 272,300 tons, followed by Bulgaria (57,800 tons), Libya (52,400 tons), and Australia (51,500 tons).
In October 2025, wire rod exports rose 74pct YoY to 54,000 tons, though volumes were down 41pct compared to the previous month.
