Turkish steel producer, Kardemir has reduced wire rod prices, according to its latest price list.
The company has revised the price of its 5.5 mm SAE 1006 grade wire rod to USD 600 per ton EXW, indicating a decrease from the previously announced price of USD 625 per ton.
Similarly, for SAE 1008-1010 grades, prices have been reduced by USD 25 per ton, now standing at USD 590 per ton EXW.
Karabuk Demir Celik (Kardemir) was established in 1938 as a state owned company and Turkey’s first integrated steel producer. In 1995, the company was privatized. It offers steel products, such as blooms, billets, rebars, profiles along with other steel products.
