Turkish steel producer, Kocaer Celik has successfully secured steel profile orders amounting to USD 14.7 mln from the American continent, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The newly received orders predominantly pertain to products for the energy sector.
The American market represents 53pct of Kocaer Celik’s overseas sales for the year 2022.
“The company is pleased to note that its sales to the Americas continue to demonstrate a robust performance throughout 2023”, Kocaer Celik said.
Operating with an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of steel profiles, Kocaer Celik efficiently manages three steel profile factories. Additionally, the company boasts a galvanizing factory with a production capacity of 100,000 tons per year and a service center capable of handling 120,000 tons annually.
