Pakistan imported 252,226 tons of finished steel products in March 2026, down 20pct YoY, according to data from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
Imports also declined by 41pct compared with the previous month.
In Q1 2026, total finished steel imports stood at 1.12 mln tons, marking a 15.9pct decrease compared with the same period last year.
