Turkey-based Toscelik Spiral Boru has won a tender for the supply of steel pipes awarded by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality’s water authority (ASKI), according to local media reports.
The tender covers the procurement of 400 metres of steel pipe with a nominal diameter of 1,600 mm. Toscelik submitted the winning bid of TRY 11.86 mln (USD 263,000), compared with an estimated project value of TRY 11.31 mln.
Bids were collected on April 6, 2026, with five participants. The final decision was announced on April 22, with contract award procedures expected to follow upon completion of legal formalities.
Toscelik Spiral Boru, a subsidiary of Tosyali Holding, is a producer of spiral-welded steel pipes, with an annual production capacity of around 400,000 tons. The company manufactures pipes with diameters ranging from 16 inches (406 mm) to 126 inches (3,200 mm).
