UAE’s Emirates Building Systems (EBS) has been awarded the design, fabrication and erection contract for the steel structure works of a new light industrial building in Aviation City, Dubai South.
The project comprises a ground-plus-mezzanine industrial facility with a total built-up area of 31,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters of mezzanine space.
According to the company, the development is located in Aviation City, one of the key industrial and logistics zones within Dubai South, and is expected to support the continued expansion of the emirate’s manufacturing and logistics sectors.
EBS said the contract covers the complete steel structure package, including design, fabrication and erection works.
