Turkey’s prefabricated building manufacturer, Karmod, has completed a steel house project in Mannheim, Germany, adhering to the country’s construction regulations, according to a statement from the company.

The project features a total space of 152 square meters across two floors, with a 72 square meter base. Additionally, the steel construction houses in Mannheim include an attic accessible by a foldable ladder. The house was prefabricated using 12 tons of steel at Karmod’s facilities in Istanbul’s Tuzla district.

Karmod has also completed steel construction house projects in other European countries, including France, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece.

Last week, Karmod announced the completion and delivery of a prefabricated steel villa project in Abha, Saudi Arabia. This project includes three two-story residences, with the ground floors designed as 3+1 units and the upper floors as 4+1 units.
