Oman’s Al Jazeera Steel Products Co. has ordered two tying machines from ATS Mechatronics, a division of the AIC Group.
The TMB400 tying machine boasts the fastest tying cycle on the market at 6.8 seconds. While the standard TMB400 has a knot position of 90 degrees, the TMB400-45 variant features a 45-degree twister. This machine can handle bundle diameters between 150 and 400 mm, securing them with one or two ties that can be either tight or loose. It can accommodate wire diameters ranging from 5.5 to 8 mm, according to a statement from AIC.
