Saudi Arabia’s Al Yamamah Steel Industries has signed a contract with Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia to supply steel towers for the construction of a 380 kV ultra-high voltage line connecting the Stara station to the Wadi Aldawasir station in the central region. The contract is valued at SAR 138.7 mln (USD 36.9 mln).
The financial impact of this agreement is expected to begin in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025, with deliveries scheduled to start in January 2025.
Al Yamamah Steel specializes in the manufacturing and sale of a variety of products including welded tubes, sheets, rebars, and three-dimensional space structures, primarily serving the buildings and infrastructure sector. The company also produces galvanized steel lighting and distribution poles, high mast structures, and galvanized steel lattice towers for the electrical and distribution industry.
