Vallourec, a global leader in seamless tubular solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Advanced Supply Management Operations (ASMO), a joint venture between DHL and Aramco’s Saudi Aramco Development Company.
ASMO, launched in 2024, is the first procurement and supply chain services hub of its kind in Saudi Arabia, serving the energy, chemical, and industrial sectors across the MENA region. ASMO offers end-to-end supply chain services, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and a B2B e-marketplace, with a focus on technology and digitalization.
Vallourec’s MoU positions it as a key partner in the oil and gas industry, aligning it with a major new player in the region’s supply chain transformation, the company said.
