Originally introduced in Japan in 2022, ProStruct offers a comprehensive package of steel materials and solution technology, combining high-performance steel products with advanced engineering and support from design to construction. This brand aims to enhance the strength and safety of structures while promoting rapid, cost-effective, and eco-friendly solutions, ultimately leading to optimized performance, shorter construction timelines, and reduced CO2 emissions.
To maximize the effectiveness of its large-section and high-performance steel products, NSC has developed innovative construction methods and technologies to address challenges in overseas markets. As global construction faces increasing demands due to natural disasters, labor shortages, carbon neutrality initiatives, and digitalization, NSC is committed to meeting these diverse needs by providing clear information on ProStruct’s applications and benefits.
The initial overseas package includes solutions for structural and civil engineering, designed to enhance productivity and efficiency. Notably, the package features innovations like NSHYPER BEAM and semi-rigid composite joints, as well as a range of hot-rolled sheet piles that reduce weight and expedite construction in confined spaces. Additionally, a CAD download function for hat-type sheet piles is provided to facilitate user familiarity. NSC continues to develop new steel materials and application technologies in response to the evolving market environment, ensuring that ProStruct remains relevant to the overseas structural engineering sector.
