India’s state-owned NMDC Ltd produced 3.09 mln tons of iron ore in July 2025, up 42.4pct YoY.
Sales rose 13pct to 3.46 mln tons from 3.06 mln tons a year earlier.
Operating three fully mechanized mines, two in Chhattisgarh and one in Karnataka, NMDC produces around 35 mln tons annually, maintaining its position as a leading player in India’s iron ore industry.
