Turkey imported 495,600 tons of CRC in the first half of 2025, up 33pct YoY, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
South Korea was the largest supplier with 159,600 tons, followed by Russia at 137,000 tons and China at 111,300 tons.
In June alone, imports surged to 121,400 tons, an 87pct increase from a year earlier and 38pct higher than in May.
