UAE-based flat steel producer Al Ghurair Iron & Steel (AGIS) has partnered with Metal Park to enhance logistics, warehousing and fulfillment services across the country’s steel supply chain.
Under the agreement, Metal Park will provide dedicated storage, transportation and logistics support through its facilities in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, enabling the efficient movement of steel products from ports to warehouses, processing facilities and end-users.
The partnership combines AGIS’s steel manufacturing capabilities with Metal Park’s integrated logistics infrastructure, which includes warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, processing and industrial support services. The collaboration is expected to support significant steel volumes annually while improving supply chain efficiency and delivery performance.
The companies said the partnership will help simplify supply chain operations, improve responsiveness to customer requirements and support the UAE’s broader industrial development objectives.
Metal Park operates as an integrated metals ecosystem offering storage, processing, and fabrication facilities under a pay-as-you-go model, with direct connectivity to Khalifa Port and Etihad Rail. Its storage hub, launched in 2025, provides on-demand warehousing solutions aimed at reducing logistics and inventory costs for manufacturers.
AGIS is one of the Middle East’s leading flat steel producers, manufacturing galvanized and pre-painted steel products for construction, automotive and industrial applications. The company has an annual capacity to process 500,000 tons of cold-rolled and galvanized flat steel coils.
