Dar Al Majdiah Real Estate Company has signed two contracts with Tatweej Contracting to develop residential projects in Riyadh and Jeddah under the National Housing Company (NHC) program.
The Adeem Al-Fursan project in Riyadh will deliver 540 villas and townhouses. In Jeddah, Tatweej will build the Khayala 1 project, covering construction, infrastructure, and related works, the company said in stock exchange filings.
