    Al Yamamah awarded steel towers supply contract from Hyundai Engineering

    Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. has signed a contract with the Hyundai Engineering & Construction Company to supply steel towers, the company announced in a stock exchange filing.

    The towers will be used for the construction of a 380 kV ultra-high voltage transmission line project in the western region of Saudi Arabia.

    The contract is valued at SAR 174.9 mln (USD 30 mln) and has a one-year duration. Supply is scheduled to begin in September 2025, with the financial impact expected to be reflected in Q4 2025.

    Al Yamamah Steel specializes in the manufacturing and sale of a variety of products including welded tubes, sheets, rebars, and three-dimensional space structures, primarily serving the buildings and infrastructure sector. The company also produces galvanized steel lighting and distribution poles, high mast structures, and galvanized steel lattice towers for the electrical and distribution industry. Its production facilities are strategically located in Jeddah, Dammam, and Yanbu.
