Saudi Arabia’s Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. has signed a contract with SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. (Saudi branch) to supply steel towers for the Yanbu wind independent power project, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The contract is valued at SAR 126 mln (USD 33.5 mln) and has a duration of nine months. SEPCOIII (Shandong Electric Power Construction Corporation No. 3) is the EPC contractor for the project.
Supply is scheduled to begin in April, with the financial impact expected to be reflected from the second quarter of 2026.
