UAE-based Amali Properties has officially commenced construction on Amali Island, an ultra-luxury villa project with an investment of USD 544 mln located within The World Islands off the coast of Dubai.
The marine works will be carried out by Dutco Construction Company, while dredging will be managed by Van Oord.
The project is set for completion in Q1 2027, with piling work expected to begin in March of next year.
