Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Pipes Co. (APC) reported a net profit of SAR 111.83 mln (USD 29.7 mln) in the first half of 2024, a significant increase from SAR 56.94 mln in the same period last year.
This profit surge is attributed to higher sales volumes, improved production efficiency, and reduced production costs.
APC’s sales also saw a notable rise, reaching SAR 651.82 mln (USD 173.5 mln), marking a 22.3pct YoY increase.
APC, a manufacturer specializing in ERW pipes and LSAW pipes, boasts an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons and 300,000 tons for ERW and LSAW pipes, respectively. The ERW pipes come in sizes ranging from 6 to 20 inches, while LSAW pipes are available in sizes from 16 to 48 inches. The company operates two factories located in Riyadh and Jubail.
