Saudi Arabia is set to strengthen its domestic industrial base as Aramco Asia India signs a memorandum of understanding with Indian leading manufacturer of large-diameter carbon steel line pipes, Man Industries to evaluate long-term supply collaboration and expand local manufacturing capabilities in the Kingdom.
Under the five-year MoU, both sides will jointly assess the feasibility of establishing a cutting-edge facility in Saudi Arabia, developed by Man Industries, to locally produce API-grade large-diameter carbon steel pipes.
The proposed plant aims to support Aramco’s supply chain localization goals, integrate advanced technologies for energy and infrastructure applications, and enhance project support across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the wider Middle East.
