UAE-based Azizi Developments has signed an agreement with International Foundation Group, a specialist in deep foundation and ground solutions, to provide piling, shoring, excavation, and dewatering works for its key Dubai skyscraper project – Burj Azizi.
Located at a prime plot of land on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, it is poised to become the second tallest tower in the world once completed, said the Emirati developer in a statement.
It will feature a vertical shopping mall, residences, a 7-star hotel, an observation deck, and numerous F&B options, among other amenities.
Burj Azizi is scheduled for completion within 4 years, stated the developer.
