Borusan Pipe secures USD 100 mln pipe orders in US

Turkey-based Borusan Pipe said its US subsidiary Borusan Berg Pipe has secured around USD 100 mln in sales orders in the United States, according to a stock exchange filing.

The orders cover large-diameter line pipes, with production scheduled for 2027 and shipments expected to be completed within the same year.

The company said the contracts are expected to contribute positively to consolidated revenues in 2027, although final figures may vary depending on project progress and market conditions.

Borusan Berg Pipe operates two plants in the U.S.: a 330,000 tons per year longitudinal welded pipe mill in Panama City, Florida, and a 220,000 tons per year spiral welded pipe facility in Mobile, Alabama.

Founded in 1958, Borusan Pipe is one of Turkey’s leading pipe producers, with domestic capacities of 750,000 tons per year for longitudinal welded pipes and 300,000 tons per year for spiral welded pipes, in addition to a 29,000 tons per year cold-drawn pipe facility in Italy.
