Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has awarded a USD 109 mln construction contract to Bright Accord General Contracting Company for the Jubail Town Centre in Souk Al Jubail, the commercial and retail hub of Jubail Island.
Once completed, the Town Centre will feature retail spaces, dining options, residential units, commercial offices, a central plaza, and other amenities.
Groundbreaking is anticipated to begin later this year, with a completion target set for Q3 2026.
