Turkey’s CRC imports reached 214,000 tons in the first quarter of 2025, representing a 37pct increase compared to the same period in 2024, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
South Korea remained Turkey’s top CRC supplier during the quarter, exporting 74,600 tons. Russia followed with 47,700 tons, while China ranked third with 40,900 tons.
However, in March 2025, Turkey imported approximately 52,300 tons of CRC, down 23pct YoY and 26pct lower than the previous month.
