Damac Properties has signed a contract with Modern Building Contracting Co (MBCC) to develop a 52-storey tower project in Dubai Maritime City.
MBCC will handle the main construction package, including the tower and parking block. Construction is progressing well, with shoring and piling completed and work now focused on the basement substructure. The project is expected to be finished by Q2 2027.
