Turkish steel producer Diler Holding announced the successful production of 30 mm diameter silicon-alloyed, heat-treatable spring steel wire rod in cold heading quality for high-performance spring and fastener applications.
The company stated that the development reflects its focus on high value-added steel products supported by advanced engineering and production capabilities.
Diler Holding operates two steel production facilities in Turkey, including Diler Iron and Steel in Dilovasi with annual production capacity of 1.5 mln tons and Yazici Iron and Steel in Iskenderun with capacity of 1.25 mln tons per year. The company manufactures a range of long steel products including rebar, wire rod, and sections.
