Drake & Scull International PJSC (DSI) has secured two major contracts for the Arabian Hills Project, totaling over USD 272 mln.
The project spans 224 mln square feet and features modern design, sustainable construction, and premium amenities, setting a new standard for residential and commercial development.
The contracts cover infrastructure works for Area 10 (Sun Valley), including power works, street lighting, and Services Authority contingencies. Additionally, they include infrastructure works for Area 05 (Park Vista), along with power works, street lighting, contingencies, and the construction of a sewage treatment plant.
