East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has inked its second supply agreement with Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons Co. (Al Sayegh), a Riyadh-based contractor, the company disclosed in a stock exchange filing.
The six-month contract, valued at over SAR 30 mln (USD 8 mln) including VAT, covers the manufacture, delivery, and external coating of steel pipes.
East Pipes expects the financial impact of this deal to appear in the fourth quarter of FY26.
Last month, the company secured a pipe supply contract with Al Sayegh worth more than SAR 40 mln (USD 10.65 mln), also including VAT.
Established in 2010, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry is a leading manufacturer of Helical Spiral Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.
