Turkish steel producer Ekinciler Demir ve Celik Sanayi has received a USD 4.97 mln export order for construction steel (rebar) from the Central America region, according to the company’s stock exchange filing.
The latest order increases the total value of the company’s construction steel orders from Central America to approximately USD 26.08 mln since the beginning of 2026, reflecting continued growth in the region under its export strategy.
Production and shipments will be carried out in accordance with the mutually agreed delivery schedule. Ekinciler Demir is a Turkish long steel producer manufacturing billets, rebar, wire rod and merchant bars, with a crude steel capacity of around 2 mln tons per year.
